Description

Medium size (4.0-6.5µm) species of Gephyrocapsa Kamptner, 1943, having a wide central area with a bar at a low angle to the short axis (often <10°).

Remarks

It is considered to be extinct at 0.61MA but re-appeared again in the present day.
