Arkhangelskiella cymbiformis Vekshina, 1959 [Length: 10.0µm; width of pelaga: 1.5-2.0µm]

Remarks

Large [>6.5µm] species of Arkhangelskiella having four to eight pores in each quadrant of the central area. Arkhangelskiella specillata Vekshina (1959) have a similar size range but differs from Arkhangelskiella cymbiformis by having more than eight pores in each quadrant. The variants of this species based on overall size and the width of the pelaga may prove to be useful for local correlations.
