Eiffellithus perch-nielseniae Shamrock in Shamrock & Watkins, 2009, is considered not validly published under ICN Art. 40.1, in conjunction with Arts. 8.5 and 8.6, because the designated holotype (Fig. 15D, D-1–D-3) comprises three different specimens rather than a single specimen.
