Grantarhabdus meddii Black, 1971a
The optical properties are comparable to those of Granthorhabdus.
Medium- to large-sized species of Grantarhabdus are characterised by a symmetrical diagonal cross that forms a narrower angle along the short axis, resulting in smaller pores than those aligned with the long axis; this feature is diagnostic for identifying Grantarhabdus meddii.
