Remarks

Species of Braarudosphaera are characterised by stellate ridges that radiate outward from the centre and converge at the vertices. This species superficially resembles Braarudosphaera stenorhetha attached to Braarudosphaera regularis, with their apices aligned. The ridge segments are slender and kite-shaped, with a free length approximately twice the joint length.
